A Modern Duplex Designed for Winter Vacations and Summer Bike Weekends

Simple, clean lines with triple pane windows to take in the mountain views were key.  The focus was on good use of space and economical design features to ensure energy efficiency and comfort for guests. Split over three levels allowed for a large functional entryway, mudroom, and powder room as well as a garage with access and the ability to store all the gear!  This is a true ski in and ski out as it is located right on the mountain at a higher elevation than the village.

The second level is a large open kitchen, living, and dining room with patio space and views to relax after a hard day playing outdoors. Up to the third level for private guest bedrooms and bathrooms in order to recharge comfortably. The bottom level has a separate entrance to a guest bedroom and bathroom.  The duplex’s are a mirror to each other, exact same design but just flipped.  Check out the duplex the next time you are in Silverstar!
