Project Discovery

Tell us everything, there is no desire too big and no detail too small. The GNAR Inc. team is focused on working closely with you and we want to understand everything you are looking to achieve (be it a long-awaited kitchen renovation or a full custom home design).

Design & Permit

GNAR Inc. provides only premium 3D Building Information Models (BIM) designs which are completely customizable and will incorporate all of your desired characteristics and requirements. The permitting process can be stressful and confusing. Let GNAR Inc. put our permitting expertise to work and manage this process for you, we will ensure all permitting requirements are met in order to obtain the necessary permits for your project as quickly as possible.

Technical Design & Construction

Continue to work with the GNAR Inc. building design team to develop the necessary schematic and technical design documents required for construction (IFC). We can coordinate all 3rd party consultants’ designs and all prefabricated elements to ensure project completion timeline and budget requirements are adhered to. Allow us to manage all contractor RFI’s while also providing you with regular progress updates obtained via site visits.

Project Management

When focused on keeping a project on time and on budget centralized project management is key. The GNAR Inc. team will gladly take on this management role. Whether you are looking for assistance with building contract administration, coordination and review of 3rd party consultants, management of contractor RFI’s or progress updates allow us to manage it all.
