Modern renovation done on this single family unit 4 bedroom home.

This 4 bedroom single family home with basement suite, built in 1988, was in need of an overhaul. A full renovation and addition to maximize floor area and create a larger open plan living, full sized kitchen and dining area was the key. The addition of a large laundry and pantry area make this home super functional for a busy family. Extending the deck areas from the dining room and master suite was important to catch the afternoon sun.

In addition to all the improvements inside the home there were upgrades to ensure the home was no longer an energy hog. Replacing all windows with high performance triple pane, changing out old hot water tanks and switching to HRV were all steps to create a better performing and more comfortable energy efficient home.
