Led by Jessica, our Lead Designer with over a decade of experience working in the Sea to Sky corridor, our team is passionate about creating beautiful spaces that reflect our clients’ values and lifestyles. We believe great design doesn’t have to mean higher costs—it’s about making informed, intentional choices that stand the test of time. Our goal is to truly listen, understand each client’s unique needs, and guide them through a collaborative, engaging process that makes their project smooth, enjoyable, and deeply personal.

Our Interior Design Process

Phase 1 - Interior Design

PHASE 1

DISCOVERY

Following your inquiry, we schedule a discovery consultation (on-site or virtual) to explore your project, objectives, timeline, and design aspirations. After this meeting, we provide a tailored proposal outlining project scope, fees, and next steps.

Phase 2 – Documentation & Permitting

PHASE 2

DOCUMENTATION & PERMITTING

We conduct a thorough site visit to capture precise measurements, photographs, and all relevant documentation, producing accurate existing-condition drawings.

If required, we manage the preparation and submission of documents for municipal or strata approvals, ensuring full compliance and a smooth regulatory process.

Phase 3 – Concept Development

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

Your vision is translated into a curated concept package, combining our expertise and creativity. This includes mood boards, spatial layouts, finishes, color palettes, and initial fixture selections—providing a clear direction before entering the technical design phase.

Phase 4 – Detailed Design & Documentation

DETAILED DESIGN & DOCUMENTATION

We refine all design elements based on your feedback, finalizing appliances, fixtures, and finishes. Physical samples are curated for your review, and 3D renderings are produced as needed.

A comprehensive set of detailed drawings and specifications is created for contractors and trades, ensuring precise execution and accurate costing. The finalized design is reviewed and approved before implementation.

Phase 5 – Design Execution Oversight

DESIGN EXECUTION OVERSIGHT

We manage the construction process on-site to ensure the design is executed as intended. This includes:

  • Coordinating with contractors and trades
  • Monitoring progress and verifying quality of work
  • Addressing on-site challenges and updating drawings or specifications as needed

Our team oversees placement and installation, coordinating all elements on-site and adding finishing touches to fully realize the design vision.
