Every project is different. Depending on your needs and the agreed scope, our services can include the following;

We start by understanding your project, priorities, aesthetic preferences, budget and timeline. This initial conversation helps establish the scope of work and the right approach for your home.
02 — SITE REVIEW & DOCUMENTATION
Where required, we visit the site, take measurements, gather existing drawings and document the space. This gives us a reliable foundation for developing the design.
03 — CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
We explore layouts, materials, colours and the overall design direction through curated concepts and visual references. This is where the pieces begin to come together into a cohesive vision.
04 — DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We refine the preferred concept, working through finishes, fixtures, cabinetry and other details. Your feedback helps guide decisions as the design develops.
05 — DETAILED DRAWING & SPECIFICATIONS
We prepare the drawings and design information required for the agreed scope, helping communicate the design clearly to contractors and trades. Permit-related documentation and approvals can be coordinated where required and included in the project scope.
06 — IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT
As the design moves toward construction, we provide additional support where requested, including coordination with contractors, reviewing design details and assisting with decisions as the project progresses.
*Furniture procurement, installation coordination and final styling can also be incorporated when needed.

Do you work on both new builds and renovations?
Yes. We work on new homes and existing properties. For renovations, we consider how the new design relates to the existing space, improving functionality while creating a cohesive result.
Do I need to have a clear design vision before getting started?
Not at all. Some clients arrive with inspiration images and a clear sense of what they want, while others need help exploring possibilities. We work collaboratively to understand your priorities and develop a design direction that feels right for you.
Do you provide construction drawings?
Yes, we provide interior design drawings and specifications tailored to each project’s scope. Depending on the scope, these may include demolition and proposed plans, electrical and finish plans, furniture layouts, door schedules, elevations and millwork details to clearly communicate the design intent.
With building design and interior design under one roof, we also provide building permit drawings and coordinate the permitting process when required, depending on the project scope.
When should I involve an interior designer?
Ideally, as early as possible. Early involvement allows important interior decisions, such as layouts, cabinetry, lighting and plumbing locations, to be considered before they become difficult or costly to change. We coordinate interior design with building design when both services are part of your project.
