The existing three bedroom layout felt dated and compartmentalized, limiting both functionality and the home’s potential. Through thoughtful space planning, carefully selected materials, and a cohesive interior vision, the home was transformed into a bright, welcoming retreat that feels effortlessly connected from room to room.
Working closely with clients living overseas, our team managed every stage of the project, from permit coordination and space planning through to material selections, furnishings, and styling. Every decision was guided by longevity, creating a home that could withstand the demands of rental living while delivering the warmth and sophistication of a private residence.
